ABOUT ME

My name is Trung Le, nicked as MOJO. I am pursuing the Bachelor of Telecommunication at Swinburne University. I love arts, music, movies and to make friends with all people around the world.

After a long time of changes, problems (the initial source material was lost due to HD problems) and even starting from scratch, here it is. I originally had slightly bigger plans for my website like an expanded art gallery, files archive and blog. But my life has changed over the course of the last years and I hardly found the time to finish the website at all… So I figured I’d be better off leaving them as one page website now. Feedbacks are welcomed.

PROJECTS

P.E.Op.S. PSX X11 Plugin GTK2 Frontend

If you are a fan of PSX Emulation, you've probably known about the Pete's Open Source X11 Plugin for PCSX. Two years ago, I started the project like an interest in learning how to use GTK+ 2 on Linux. The plugin uses GTK+ 1 widget at the times. Porting to GTK2 is not very hard. GTK+ is quite an interesting widget since I've never used any widgets but Swing for Java before. Unfortunately the files is lost due to HD problem. The code was quite messy anyway. I will rewrite it with latest GTK+ 2.10 and Glade.

X-Unikey Package for Ubuntu

X-Unikey is Vietnamese text input program designed for Linux written by Pham King Long. It has been packaged in many distributions such as SuSE, Fedora, etc. Behold the almighty Trung, I bring to you the Ubuntu package of X-Unikey. Download v0.92 here.

GNOME Chess Frontend

I love chess. I usually play chess with my friend, Karl at State Library of Victoria. Sometimes I won him without noticing the checkmate. I wrote a GTK2 Frontend for GNU Chess engine. The GUI is as same as the X11 one. See screenshot...
